1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: During high-demand periods (sales, holidays, product launches), processing times may be slightly delayed.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (within [Country])

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at rehanmalikstore@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos (if applicable).

We’ll do our best to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
